One of the fun and unintended side effects of us committing to getting healthy is being able to work back into our wardrobe some things that had kind of made their way to the back of the closet over the last couple years. Among them, belts!

    CINCH YOUR SUNDRESS

This is a summertime favorite. An A-line dress is a go-to garment in the warmer months, and adding a fabulous statement belt to it can not only create a waist but also add just that little something extra to your look. Same goes for a skirt, actually – heck, we threw one on with a tutu and it might be our favorite look from the whole catalog!

    ROCK IT WITH A ROMPER

Especially the Traveling Show Romper. We created that extra-wide waistband specifically to accommodate a bold belt and y’all have not disappointed! We love it with a traditional tooled leather and big show buckle, but you can’t go wrong with any style.

    TAKE IT TRADITIONAL

Sometimes we get so caught up in trying to reinvent the wheel that we forget to get back to the basics every now and then, but there’s a reason they’re tried and true. Slip a classic cowgirl belt in the belt loops of your jeans or shorts and flaunt the whole vibe of old-school awesome!

OUTSIDE THE BOX – AND YOUR TOP!

This is a #ProTip for styling those big belts – think vintage concho belts and wide band belts like the Old Glory Crow. You don’t need to try to make them work with the garment, just throw them right over top. We love the look of this flag belt creating a waist over Kaylin’s simple white tank, or a concho belt slung low across the hips.

What’s your favorite or most unconventional way to rock a belt?
