Our design inspiration comes in all shapes and sizes, in all forms, and from all angles. The Heritage Departure collections were born out of wanderlust.

“Outside and anywhere but here,” Cheryl said of her pandemic restlessness. “Not literally; I was fortunate to be surrounded by people I love, but as a creative, not being able to change your surroundings even a little bit, can be stifling. I longed to travel. To be in nature. To see places I didn’t even realize I had a strong desire to visit, until I wasn’t allowed. The Grand Canyon. Yellowstone. The Adirondacks. Banff. Places of pure beauty. That’s what sparked the inspiration for the Fall 2021 Heritage Departures collections.”

The first of these collections, Grand Canyon, is transitional; it plays with colors and silhouettes that work beautifully in summer, fall, and beyond. Minty to sage greens, warm to deep browns, teals, navy. You see fabrics in unexpected iterations, leather shorts and velvet sundresses, and the Grand Canyon collection has a distinctively southwestern feel in its patterns and prints.

If the last year has taught us anything, it’s that the opportunity to explore is a privilege. The time is now. Explore your world. Explore your surroundings. Explore your style.
