The Ranch Romance collection was designed to evoke emotion in the best way possible, to get you feeling enamored, nostalgic, warm. In short, it was always meant to be a feel-good collection, the kind of playful pieces that just make you HAPPY when you wear them, and well, that meant colorful. So, when it comes to accessorizing a collection this colorful, it’s the perfect place to keep it simple – it’s silver’s time to shine!

“Classic silver works really well with Ranch Romance,” Cheryl explained. “Not only is it universal and sleek and chic, but a lot of what we styled it with has that same retro appeal to it. I think of ‘70s summers, getting ready for the rodeo, stacking on some silver bangles and dangles! The funny thing is, most of the pieces we played with are actually contemporary creations, like Shawna Erickson’s tooled silver cuffs, those long dangles, and some of the fun little novelty rings we found. Engraving was a key element I looked for, that detail and dimension. And personality! I think the bucking horses and ranger stars and trophy buckles, all of that is a great way to put a pop of personality – a little touch of twang – on your look.”

It’s also another shining (pun intended) example that fashion is cyclical and can beautifully balance fresh and familiar.

“This understated jewelry collection is based on the old scrolled engraved Western jewelry,” Cheryl said. “It has motifs like you’d see on vintage leather belts or saddles, saddle bags, just really traditional Western scrolling, but on fun new shapes.”
