BROW: Tom Ford Private Shadow in Dark Victory UltraSuede
“You already know – brush in those brows! I used an older MAC eyeshadow on Lozzie, the label’s worn off, but it is kind of a khaki hue; on Kaylin, I used the Tom Ford Dark Victory. The particular shadow you use doesn’t matter as much as matching the shade, usually just one – or even a half-shade – darker than your natural brow. Oh, and you absolutely don’t want a shimmer or glitter!”
EYE: Bobbi Brown Gel Eyeliner in Espresso Ink
“Very minimal on the eye, I didn’t even use shadow; I lined the eye with deep brown liner and then smudged it out to soften it. Everything about this look needs to feel soft, innocent, and effortless. And, in case I need to say it for a hundredth time, skip the mascara!”

“I often layer shades, particularly on cheeks and lips, to get just the right hue that I’m looking for. For this look, I did a bronzer – it is SUMMER romance, after all – and then a very pink blush. The goal was a subtle lovestruck glow.”

“This one is tricky, take it easy. This gloss looks so much more pink and bold in the tube, and it will be if you apply it liberally, but I’d just put a little on your finger and dab it on your lips for a tiny hint of flirty pinkish tint.”
