OUT & ABOUT: ART OF THE COWGIRL EVENT

Sometimes it seems like their noses never leave the grindstone, but every now and then our gals get out and about – and even up on stage! – and this past week, we were reminded just how rewarding that can be.

On Friday, September 22nd, the Cross Timbers Fine Arts Council in Stephenville hosted a VIP luncheon and fashion show, “Art of the Cowgirl: The Fashion, Art & Attitude” and the McMullen Sisters had the honor of being the guest speakers.

“It was such a magnificent experience!” gushed Cheryl. “We got to present a little bit about DDR, but more so about the process of production, how the sausage is made, which is insight that we take for granted but is really quite interesting! It was invigorating to get to share that and we had such a remarkable and attentive audience. We got to see some old friends, make some new ones, and hopefully we introduced the brand and what we’re about to some new folks. It was humbling and rewarding – we left there on such a high! I think I speak for all three of us when I say we were honored to be a part of it.”
