Obviously we’re a manufacturer of women’s wear, so our audience is mostly ladies and our primary focus is all about making clothes that make you gals feel and look your absolute best. And, right or wrong, we truly don’t spend a ton of time thinking about how men are going to perceive our creations. But every now and then, we’re reminded that we just might have a broader appeal than we’re cognizant of at times.
A few weeks ago, our customer service guru Kristen Schley got the sweetest phone call. Cary Gniffke took the time to reach out to us and let us know how much he appreciated how beautiful his wife Carla (you might remember her for her remarkable tablescapes) looked in her DDR on vacation. How cute is that?! Definitely a different kind of validation that we didn’t even know we wanted.

~ What better validation than from your husband? To know what looks good on his wife and how your aesthetic works for her. It is one of the sweetest compliments a husband can give his wife. I discovered DDR in 2012 and began integrating your aesthetic into my cowgirl closet in 2016. Truthfully, there are a couple of others (like Ralph Lauren Denim & Supply vintage) that I bought before I found DDR. They mix well with my Double D. Husbands who care about how their wives look and what works for them is a great testament to the integrity/longevity of your brand. ~
