Inherited it from a beloved grandmother. A token to commemorate a milestone moment; a graduation gift, a wedding bequest, a push present. A souvenir splurge from a spur-of-the-moment road trip. Or, if they’re jewelry junkies like us, maybe they’ll regale you with the tale of what they forwent to get it, like the time we decided the washing machine would have to wait.

A squash blossom is an investment piece.
