CONSTRUCTION & CHAOS IN COWTOWN

Ohhhh boyyyy, what a week. Gals, we are inching our way toward that Grand Opening, but as the saying goes – nothing worth having ever came easy!

“Well, here’s the thing,” Cheryl laughed in exasperation. “We were ready to move in, contractors weren’t ready to move out! We literally moved in right on top of them, sneaking stuff in in the middle of the night. We kept joking that we felt like little rats, scurrying down that long hallway after dark. I mean, we had the whole crew in town, we had to make it work while we had the help.”

And by the whole crew, we aren’t kidding. It’s like a photoshoot on steroids – we need ALL hands on deck. Cheryl’s boys are here, Koy came up, Mitchell, Doris and Susan, and of course all the Fort Worth store crew, with the mighty McMullen sisters doing their best to ring lead this circus (and Hedy taking every opportunity to show Halley another longhorn, because ya know… #TX/OUweekend). 

Somehow, we made it happen. We were able to have a soft opening Friday and welcome our first shoppers. We are not at 100%, we still have key items and elements to get in place, we’re still waiting on the right lighting, we’re missing half of our cash wrap and a jewelry case, and nothing is branded quite the way we’d like, but we’ll get there.

We are beyond excited to offer you that upscale, white-glove, luxury flagship experience soon… but we’ll be honest, right now, this is not that. LOL. We are so grateful for our wonderful Wolf Pack and all your encouragement and patience throughout this process, we promise it will be worth the wait!
