It took us decades to dare to design cashmere, and now that it’s in our repertoire, we’re never looking back.

We debuted it in knits, the super-soft staples (wide-leg pants, skirt, simple shift sweater) and those irresistible extras (the luxurious gloves and exquisite fur-trimmed cape). This season, we’re embracing the ultra-polished aesthetic of the corporate cowgirl with structured wovens. Whereas our knits were considered more core pieces to be adorned and accessorized, these wovens are outer pieces intended to elevate your outfit.

“I think the versatility of cashmere is underestimated,” Cheryl said. “The [Gianna] vest is a great example of that. It’s beautiful to add some structure and texture over a silk blouse, but it also works to elevate a pearl snap or a denim workshirt. The blazer, too, really – I can see it worn draped over the shoulder with an evening dress or, like we styled it in editorial, as more of a true blazer, belted over leather pants.”

You can add a cashmere complement to any number of ensembles with the refined vest or complete your soft-yet-sophisticated look with our classic cut cashmere blazer – bonus points if you belt it!

“And those are just the wovens,” Cheryl added “The knits, I wear every which way! They’re so classy and feel like pajamas. I have several pieces, and those are some of the most often-worn things I own. If you have not jumped on the cashmere train yet, girls, you’ve gotta!”
