  • Do You Think I'm Texy?

    February 02, 2011 1 min read 13 Comments

OPI, the makers of nail polish,

just introduced their new collection of 48 shades inspired by

none other than my home state of TEXAS!

    .

OPI's Texas Nail Polish with names such as Austin Tatious and Do You Think I'm Texy,

comes in OPI's new Sorbet-Style finish, a slightly translucent lacquer and will be available

in February at $8.50 per "Texy" shade.

    .

. From my research, OPI is 'on trend' with their influence of Texas and the West as Double D Ranch™  fans will be happy to see in our fall collection, Lajitas - Outlaws and Outposts. In the meantime, you can enjoy a little bit of Texas on your fingertips with these lush shades such as:
    • Houston, We Have Purple
    • It's Totally Fort Worth It
    • San Tan-Tonio
    • and Big Hair Big Nails (seriously OPI - we are over it)
    .

YES, I agree. Texas has given up the Miss Big Hair title to New Jersey – let’s let them run with it for awhile.
As far as the handwriting…if you are referring to some of the old pictures, we use “Texas Hero” font and just give it an old india ink color to make it look authentic.

Ok, that one took me awhile… I was wondering what Guy meets Galveston meant and then I caught the hyphen!
