    You all never cease to amaze us!

    .

    Despite having visions of sugarplums dancing in your head, you all tore open the shutters and threw up a sash! Sashes and beading and ribbons and leather patches and animal prints and flags and digital garments and crosses and feathers! Everyone threw us their best work and our judges had a tough time deciding who illustrated the most creativity, holiday appropriateness, and brand involvement on their holiday stockings...so much so, that we have our first ever DDR Contest tie!

    . .
    The Fan Favorite winning a Double D Ranchâ„¢ jacket based on the number of "Likes" for their stocking is:
    .
    In first place, also winning a Double D Ranchâ„¢ jacket, our judges have selected:
    .
    Here's where we have a tie! Our second place winners, who will receive a Double D Ranchâ„¢ tee are:

    .

    Again, thank you to everyone who participated and sent your friends to our Facebook page (we love making new friends!). To our winners this time around, we will be contacting you later today! Who knows what or when our next contest might be...so stay tuned and I hope everyone has a safe and happy rest of 2010!

    I didn’t have time for a stocking but here is my creative addition for the season:
    Twas the night before New Years, when all through the house

 Not a creature was stirring, not even my spouse;

 My Double D clothing was hung in the closet with care,

 In hopes that the UPS man soon would be there;

 The Double D Team nestled snug in their beds, while visions of next years designs danced round in their heads;

 And Audrey in her ‘boots, and Cheryl in her chaps,

 Had just settled down for a long winter’s chat,

 When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter,

 I sprang from my computer to see what was the matter.

Away to the living room I flew like a flash, tore open the front door and threw up a gasp.

 The moon on the breast of the new-fallen snow

 Gave the luster of mid-day to objects below, when, what to my wondering eyes should appear,

 But a UPS truck, filled tightly to the rear,

 With a tired old driver, turned lively and quick,

 I knew in a moment it must be my pick.

More rapid than rabbits the boxes they came And he whistled, and shouted, and called them by name;

"Double D! Crows Nest! Ann’s Turquoise Too, Missouri Bluffs and yes they are all just for you! To the top of the Porch he ran with my stash

 and before I knew it he was gone in a dash.

So up to the next house the UPS driver flew, with a truck full of Double D wear for her too. The clothing so beautiful! Makes us feel so merry I knew when I wore it I would dance like a fairy. So to the Double D team and Ladies alike pick out your New Years outfit and rock the world tonight!
    Happy New Years!
