    Oscar Betz is a legendary lapidary artisan who has long been known for his signature style of southwest chandelier earrings and their shockingly lightweight settings. These one-of-a-kind contemporary creations showcase Oscar’s talent and style, with a sweetheart spin. The hinged dangles boast lovely heart-shaped stones of orange spiny oyster complemented by bright blue turquoise cabochons hand-cut and hand-set in simple silver bezels. Stunning statement dangles!
