In the depression many Native American artisans used what they could find to create beautiful works of art. This vibrant vintage 70’s tab necklace was crafted from tiny turquoise scraps and various found objects in four rectangular tabs and turquoise nuggets spaced throughout the single strand of shell. The resourcefulness of these post-war jewelry artisans is nothing short of remarkable. As they say, one man's trash is another man's treasure!
