Known for his southwestern chandelier earrings, Oscar Betz doesn’t often craft a three-tier dangle, so these are most certainly an exquisite, rare find. The multi-hued turquoise stones are hand-cut and hand-set by Oscar himself in a lightweight hinged ladder silhouette.
