Oscar Betz crafted this statement piece using an exquisite arrangement of spiny oyster, onyx, and two hues of turquoise, all individually hand cut and hand set by Oscar himself, on a stunning sterling silver split bar band. Santa Fe, New Mexico artist, Oscar Betz, has been a favorite of collectors and celebrities since the 1970s.
