WILD HORSE OF THE WEEK: COWBOY

We became so enamored with the horses during our photo shoot, we thought it might be fun to share more pics and a little info about some of these captivating creatures throughout the Wild Horses collection.

Meet Cowboy, our feisty photo-bomber! Thought to be somewhere between 7 and 8 years old, this bold beauty is what is considered a bachelor stallion without a herd, and without a band of mares to protect and defend, he was free to quelch his curiosity about what we were doing on his range with these cute gals in colorful clothes. Unlike Hondo and Echo (who are no longer wild), we didn’t arrange for Cowboy to make his modeling debut in the pages of the Wild Horses catalog, but we certainly appreciate him seizing his opportunity to showcase how handsome he is.
