It’s that time again, when we’re about to close the chapter on another collection and we sit around the table reminiscing about our favorite pieces, the ones that surprised us, and the ones that we think are destined to be classic collectors. And, with Wild Horses, the ones that tugged on our heart strings.

THE WILD HORSES THAT HAS OUR HEART:

Perhaps the most meaningful pieces to us from this collection were all of the Wild Horse print pieces because of what they represent. Every purchase of a Wild Horses pant, top, or dress put a little lovely in your closet and a little good will back into the world; 20% of the proceeds from the Wild Horse print pieces goes to the Wild Horse Preservation League, a non-profit organization that helps provide care and services to the Wild Horses of Nevada so that they may, in fact, stay wild and free – safely. Look good, do good!

    THE DENIM DARLING:

“The Punchy Dress, definitely!” laughed Cheryl. “You want to talk about a timeless, seasonless staple, this dress is perfection. It’s a lightweight denim, which is a year-round neutral, and the subtle ruffles give it a flirty femininity, and the elastic waist is just begging to be belted, so its fun to accessorize. Plus, pearl snaps always add that little something extra. Add a belt and boots, and you’re ready for the rodeo, date night, brunch with the girls – wherever!”

    THE STANDOUT STATEMENT PIECE:

Unsurprisingly, a fan favorite and a family favorite is this season’s signature biker, Naila’s Saddle Jacket. The color is a unique look for a leather, and it’s really made this jacket a head-turner, and it’s tempered down with the saturated browns and oranges that you find throughout the collection. The studding acts as a sort of trim that gives it a very polished look, and it’s finished with contrasting fringe, which is always a crowd-pleaser.

    THE DARK HORSE:

“I really think the unsung hero of Wild Horses is the Boss Lady suit,” Cheryl said. “It is the epitome of that chic, twangy Western motif that’s having a moment in mainstream couture. It’s not over-the-top country, but it has a distinct Western vibe. And it’s that fabulous fabric that’s so easy to travel with, and it is cut – especially the pant – in a very flattering silhouette. I don’t know that we gave it the spotlight it deserved, but I feel sure this is one of those timeless pieces that will still be selling and sought after long after we’ve moved to a new collection.”
