There’s been a lot of confusion about this topic this year, so we’re dedicating a whole blog post to clearing it up. You absolutely do NOT need to purchase a 2024 Addiction Meetup ticket to come shop the sale – EVERYONE is welcome!

“Oh gosh, yes, PLEASE come shop.” Audrey laughed. “Bring your mom, bring your daughter, bring your best friend, bring ‘em all! The sale is open to everyone, and let me tell you what – we want you to come shop it – come get it all! Every bit. We don’t want to have to put ANY of this back in the warehouse. Our crew has worked so dang hard sorting and pricing and we’ll spend the next few days setting it up, and I can’t tell you how over the moon I’d be to see nothing but empty racks come Saturday afternoon. I could spend the rest of the day baking cakes instead!”

So, trying to make this as crystal clear as possible: the showroom and the sale are open to anyone and everyone who wants to come shop. You can even have a margarita while you do it. You will not, however, be provided any meals or have access to any of the extracurriculars – the pizza party, the BBQ, the bingo, the trivia, the movie, the dance, etc.

“Yeah, so if you hate fun…” Hedy interjected, in her signature snark. “Just teasin’. We want you to come to the events, everyone always has a lot of fun, but if you can’t for whatever reason, don’t feel like you’re not welcome to stop by the store. Come on over!”

“The ticket sales are to help with headcounts,” Audrey explained. “That’s all it is, not to exclude anyone from the sale.”

We totally get it if you can only swing by for an afternoon or don’t really have an interest in all the other trappings of the Meetup, BUT if you’re thinking “I’d rather put that $200 towards a purchase” then you might keep in mind that Santa Audrey slips a gift card in every swag bag. (wink)
